Antigen
distribution |
CD11b is
present on approximately 30 % of peripheral blood
lymphocytes, including most NK cells and a subset of T
cells. It is also present on >90 % of neutrophils,
eosinophils and monocytes. 5-50 % of CD11b + cells
co-express CD8. These CD8+ CD11b+ cells are associated
with suppressive activity, as measured by their effect on
the proliferative response of CD4+ cells to tetanus
toxoid. |
