Clone BVD4-1D11 produces rat IgG2b monoclonal antibodies which react with mouse IL-4.

Application:
Intracellular staining by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA , immunoprecipitation and for neutralization of mouse IL-4. This antibody has been reported not to cross react with rat IL-4. This clone also works in Western blotting.
