Clone KT-15 is a Rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody which reacts with the a chain of the CD8 differentiation antigen expressed on mouse Ly-2.1 and Ly-2.2 cells. The CD8 a and b chains form an heterodimer on the surface of T suppressor/cytotoxic cells.

Application:
It is suitable for use in flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining of frozen as well as paraffin mouse tissue sections.
