Clone YW62.3 is a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody which reacts with multiple isoforms of the CD45 leukocyte common antigen (LCA) with a MW of 180-220 kDa. CD45 is found on all cells of hematopoietic origin, with the exception of erythrocytes.

Application:
Identification and enumeration of CD45+ cells by flow cytometry. It is also used in immunocytochemistry and immunoprecipitation.
