Clone KM201, is a rat IgG1 monoclonal antibody which reacts with all isoforms of CD44 (Pgp-1, Ly-24; H-CAM) glycoprotein with a MW of 80-95 kDa. CD44 is expressed on monocytes and macrophages, B cells, and variable subsets of thymocytes and peripheral T cells.

Application:
It is suitable for the identification and enumeration of CD44+ cells in bone marrow and peripheral lymphoid tissues by flow cytometry. Identification of CD44+ cells in tissue sections and studies of cell adhesion and lymphocyte homing. Studies of lymphopoiesis in Whitlock-Witte bone marrow cultures. Studies of myelopoiesis in Dexter-type bone marrow cultures.
