Clone KT3 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody which reacts with the mouse CD3 antigen associated with the T cell receptor.

Application:
It is suitable for use in flow cytometry and in in vitro studies for the induction of cell proliferation and cell activation. It does not stain paraffin embedded mouse tissue sections.
