Clone 37.51.1 is a hamster IgG monoclonal antibody which reacts with the CD28 antigen, a ligand of CD80 (B7-10) and CD86 (B7-2). CD28 is expressed on most thymocytes, nearly all CD4+ and CD8+ peripheral T cells, and on activated B cells. This clone increases the proliferation and cytokine production by activated T lymphocytes and Natural Killer cells.

Application:
It is suitable for use in flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry of frozen sections.
