Clone RA3-6B2 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody which reacts with a form of CD45R expressed on pre-B- and B-lymphocytes and a subset of lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK cells), but not on T cells. Clone RA3-6B2 is commonly used as a pan B cell marker.

Application:
Identification and enumeration of CD45+ cells by flow cytometry. It is also used in immunocytochemistry and immunoprecipitation.
