MultiTime
Features

Features
- MultiTime provides research laboratories with the means to produce histograms of the mean, percent responding cells and percent cells above a threshold value as a function of time.
Ideally suited for kinetic analysis of calcium, pH, membrane potential or other fluorescence parameters vs. time. Uses data stored as dual parameter or list-mode files.
- Data can be displayed as a dot, contours, 3-D isometric,
3-D stacked contours plots or histograms, On-screen annotation.
- MultiTime normalizes data to eliminate variation in cell numbers per unit time.
- MultiTime allows you to calibrate your data to biological units by either of two different methods: standard calibration curve or algebraic equations. (June & Rabinovitch, Pathol. Immunopath. Res. 1988;7;409-432).
- Multiparameter listmode gating.
- Software ratios; any two listmode parameters may be ratioed using MultiTime.
- Maximum response and percent responding cells calculated, printed and stored to a database.
- Up to 12 kinetic histograms plotted on one page for easy comparison. Histograms can be overlayed in different line, shadying, and symbol types. Ideal for data summary and publication.
- Curve subtraction will display the behavior of just the responding cells vs. time.
