Cytokines are produced by T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, and granulocytes. A large panel of monoclonal antibodies specific for human and mouse cytokines, cytokine receptors and cell-surface differentiation antigens has been established. Recent interest has led PharMingen to continue to add to our extensive panel of anti-cytokine antibodies and recombinant cytokine proteins by introducing our first set of Rat Cytokine Products. These reagents will empower the rat cytokine researcher to begin to exploit flow cytometry, bioassay and ELISA technology for multi-parameter cell analysis to new and higher levels.
