This polyclonal antibody reacts with rat glutathione S-transferase-P (GST-P); it does not react with the other rat isozymes. It cross-reacts with human, mouse GST-P. It is suitable for immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry on cryostat or paraffin embedded tissue sections.
