Fibronectin is a plasma and alpha-granule glycoprotein which is expressed on the platelet surface after activation. The 120.5 antibody reacts with both cellular and plasma fibronectin without any cross-reactivity with collagen or bovine fibronectin. It has been used in immunoassays of plasma fibronectin.
