COULTER CLENZ Cleaning Agent is an all-purpose cleaning reagent. It contains agents that strip away protein buid-up and lysed red blood cells in instrument fluidics. It should be used routinely as part of regular instrument maintenance, such as shutdown. Additionally, it can be included in a schedule of preventive maintenance procedures designed to maintain high performance.

PBS Buffer

PBS Buffer 300 tests Liquid 6603369

This package contains 15 foil-wrapped packets of PBS buffer reagent. Each package is brought up to a 500 mL volume with distilled water to yield a 0.01 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride at a pH of 7.2 ± 0.2.

Permafluor is specially designed for fluorescence microscopy. A permanent nonfluorescing aqueous mounting medium. It is formulated to a high pH required for FITC fluorescence and contains additives which maximize intensity and prohibit fading both during observation and prolonged storage.

PI-PLC PHOSPHATIDYL INOSITOL PHOSPHOLIPASE C

PI-PLC hydrolyses the glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol anchors of some PI-linked proteins in the membrane. PI-PLC is not specific for the glycan but only for the phosphatidyl inositol and allows solubilization of membrane proteins without change of their properties.
