Vd3 is the d3 variable chain of the human gd TCR.The majority of TCRgd +, Vd1-, Vd2- cells are Vd3 positive.P11.5B antibody stains very rare peripheral CD3+ cells from normal blood but is well represented in intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes.It may be used in flow cytometry, Western blot, and for Immunohistochemistry techniques.
