Vb20 is a single membered subfamily (HUT102 sequence).Two alleles have been identified for this sequence, one them is a frequent null allele (frequency estimated at 11%).No cells are stained on PBL from certain specimens wheareas around 2.4% is expected for specimens expressing the functional allele.
