The ZOE antibody recognizes Vb7.1 and Vb7.2 (PL4.9 and PL4.19 sequences, respectively).The reactivity on the other member Vb7.3 (HT267.2 sequence) has cannot formally excluded. This antibody stains from 1.5 to 2.4% of CD3+ cells in normal blood.
