IMMU 515 antibody recognizes all gd T cells except those expressing Vd1 and/or Jd2, as determined by flow cytometric analysis of T cell Clones and of polyclonal gd T cell populations. IMMU 515 probably recognizes a pan gd epitope hidden by Vd1 and/or Jd2. In Western blot, IMMU 515 stains the d chain.
