This polyclonal antibody reacts with human glutathione S-transferase-pi (GST-pi); it does not react with the other human isozymes. It cross-reacts with mouse,rat and rabbit GST-pi. It is suitable for immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry on cryostat or paraffin embedded tissue sections.
