CYTO-STATS |
CD45RA epitopes are present on all the CD45 restricted molecules in which the A exon is expressed (ABC and AB containing isoforms). Most B lymphocytes express CD45RA isoforms. The various CD45 isoforms are differentially expressed on T cells having distinct functions. Peripheral T cells can be divided into two largely reciprocal populations of CD45RA- CD45RO+ and CD45RA+ CD45RO- cells. The inducer/suppressor subpopulations of CD4+ lymphocytes coexpress CD4 antigen and CD45RA isoforms. ALB11 antibody also reacts with B cells, monocytes and granulocytes. 2H4 antibody was evaluated during the Third International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens. ALB11 antibody was evaluated during the Fifth Workshop.
