OptiLyse C is a ready to use lysing solution optimized for flow cytometric use on Coulter instruments. OptiLyse B is an erythrolytic reagent intended for lysing red blood cells following direct immunofluorescence staining of whole blood. OptiLyse B is a ready to use lysing solution optimized for flow cytometric use on Becton Dickinson or Ortho instruments.
