The tetraONE SYSTEM provides the first ever fully-automated device for enumeration of CD3+/CD4+ and CD3+/CD8+ lymphocytes from whole blood in a single tube. This system is exclusively available on COULTER EPICS XL/XL-MCL 4-color flow cytometers. The four antibodies (CD45-FITC, CD4-RD1, CD8-ECD and CD3-PC5) are pre-mixed in a single vial. The tetraONE SYSTEM includes all protocols required for cytometer set-up, standardization and verification for 4-color analysis.
The tetraONE SYSTEM features:
- CD45 versus Side Scatter lymphocyte autogating.
- Direct display of total CD3+, CD3+/CD4+, CD3+/CD8+ percentages and T4/T8 ratio in real time.
- The CellStat Algorithm, a proprietary curve-fitting algorithm for the determination of cursor positions for automated population analysis.
- Flow-Count Fluorospheres provide realtime absolute counts for lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes.
