Please be prepared to give the following information with each order:
- Account name and number.
- Contact name and phone number.
- Purchase order number.
- The name and address to which goods should be sent.
- The name and address to which the invoice should be sent.
- The product name, part number, and quantity desired.
Terms
Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipments are subject to shipping and handling fees. Products may not be returned without prior authorization, and may be subjected to restocking, shipping, and handling fees.
