ISOTON® II Electrolyte Solution
Isoton
II is a balanced electrolyte solution which may be used as a diluent for cell
counting and for general purpose use. Bacteriostatic and Fungistatic. For
In Vitro Diagnostic use. Has a typical background count of <50 counts/ml
when using a 100 micron aperture tube. Used for COULTER
COUNTER® particle count and size analyzers.
COULTER CLENZ® Cleaning Agent
Coulter Clenz is a bacteriostatic and fungistatic cleaning agent containing surfactant for Coulter® instrument components. It may be used to clean components which come into contact with blood samples or other samples. Suitable for cleaning aperture tubes. Used for COULTER COUNTER® models.
Dispersants
Several types of dispersants are available to aid in sample preparation for particle sizing or particle counting. Dispersants are surfactants which reduce the surface tension of aqueous solutions, enabling improved wetting and dispersion of sample particles. Surfactants, however, tend to adsorb to particle surfaces, which may enhance dispersion or aggravate particle agglomeration, depending on the charge relationship between particle surface and surfactant molecule, and the ionic environment in the bulk solution. Therefore, Coulter dispersants are available in cationic, anionic, and nonionic forms. The dispersant solutions are filtered sterile to 0.2 µm and their concentration is suitable for convenient use.
ACCUVETTES® II Vials
Accuvettes II are 35 ml plastic disposable sample containers complete with lid. They have a square optically clear base suitable for aperture viewing.

Lytic agent for RBC when WBC counts are required.
4C® COULTER® Cell Control
Used for control of Coulter® instruments set up to analyze blood components and other cells.
