Hi Kim,

Yes, PE-Cy5 will work fine with FITC and PE as will PerCP. They all have
similar emission maxima at about 670nm, but PerCp may have a slight
advantage as is it not a tandem dye. There are several companies that make
PE-Cyanine conjugates, all giving them different names eg Cychrome
(Pharmingen), TriColor (Caltag), Quantum Red (Sigma) or just PE-Cy5
(Coulter, DAKO). PerCP comes from Becton Dickinson.

As to the range of antibodies available as direct conjugates, Pharmingen,
Caltag and Sigma do a range of anti-human and anti-mouse antibodies while
Coulter and DAKO and BD only do anti-human antibodies (Although I am
prepared to be corrected on this!). Most manufacturers will also do a
streptavidin-conjugated fluorochrome. Your local reps will surely be able
to tell you more!

Hope this is of some help,

Derek
