We're looking to isolate nuclei from B lymphocytes and analyse them using
both flow cytometry and 2D electrophoresis. Does anyone have any suggestions
as to how to prepare the nuclei for either method of analysis, or any
references which can point us in the right direction ?
Any help would be much appreciated.
