Postion Opening

Exciting postion becoming available for a Flow Cytometry specialist to
run a major core facility. The laboratory is in the NIH funded
Multipurpose Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Disease Center at the
University of Alabama at Birmingham, and serves a large, diverse group
of leading investigators. Major scientific interests of our user base
include autoimmunity, cancer and stem cell research. Current equipment
includes two analytic cytometers, two independent work stations and
sorter, with plans to move into high-speed, multiparameter technology.
We are seeking an experienced researcher with an interest in developing
new applications and services. Minimal requirements are Bachelor's
degree and relevant experience. Selection will be on the basis of
experience and ability to work with other researchers. Salary
