Dear Flow Group,
Are there any laboratories who are routinely sorting cells which are to
be used immediately or following further culture for ultimate human
transplantation? I am interested in appropriate instrument cleaning procedures
that will ensure cells are approved for human use. Has sorting become an
acceptable method for obtaining cells for human use? Are the labs
performing these sorts classified as research or clinical? Please cite references
if possible.
