I just got back from vacation an read an e-mail on a survey concerning Becton
Dickinson's service performances. I have had nothing but positive
experiences with this company over the past eight years with their instrument
and reagent sales personnel; our current representives our absolutely
outstanding. Why not conduct a survey concerning other flow cytometry
companies, and include both positive and negative experiences? In my
opinion, this would give a much clearer picture on any evaluation of service
performance.
