I have a question with regards to sorting mouse blood cells. I need to sort
2 populations onto preferably the same slide-how can I do this without
purchasing a $13,000. ACDU from BD for my FacStar Plus? I have had success
in sorting the populations onto glass coverslips, but I'm not sure how that
will affect the next step I need to perform. I have to do FISH analysis.
Can this be done on a glass coverslip? Any help would be much appreciated.
