BD service

I am not in the habit of giving unsolicited testimonials, but I have to say
that in balance our service experience with BD has been almost flawless.
Since buying our firstBD instrument ( FACSort in 1993 ) our service
relations has been incomparably better than it was with our previous
instrument ( an EPICS ). I don't question the experiences of others, but for
us BD's service arm has been quick and competent.
