1. Is anyone doing bacterial sensitivity testing on the flow? Is it
reproducible?
2. Are there fluorescently tagged antibiotics (Gentamicin) available?
3. We are also looking at phagocytosis of bacteria.
Are there groups doing this routinely? How are the bacteria labeled?
Is there a good way to 'quench' the signal that is due to bacteria that is
stuck to the macrophage surface in contrast to bacteria that has been
phagocytosed?
