Just anote: Pharmingen's CD45 is conjugated to Cy-chrome, which I
believe is identical to Red670 (Cy5-PE) and excites with 488 for
detection in FL3.

Check SIGMA for an anti-mouse CD45-Red670 (excites at 488nm), or
Pharmingen for a CD45-CY5 . . . for that you need a red laser line
(like
a 633 HeNe, or a dye laser).
Both will read in "FL4."
