We are performing a lot of experiments on apoptotic cells and Annexin V
staining and we have never experienced the problem you have reported.
In our lab we most often test JURKAT cells and U937 (monocytic lineage).
We use the Annexin V/PI kit from Bender (AnnexinV-FITC Kit) on Coulter Epics XL
We also monitor over time the apoptotic induction with no problem.
