I have few information about viability after TSO sorting on FACSvantage :
All sorts at 30 PSI drop drive 53100, drive level about 275, sample
overpressure 2 PSI, about 20000 cells/sec.
On human myeloma cell lines :
regarding viability no real difference was seen.
regarding colony forming unit on StemGem there was a small difference in
number and size
On CD34 presorted cells (CellPro or Baxter) and sorted with TSO only on
CD34 positivity:
regarding viability no difference was seen.
regarding colony forming unit on StemGem no real difference was seen.
On CD34 presorted cells (CellPro or Baxter) and sorted with TSO on
CD34+CD38- basis :
no difference was seen.
regarding colony I have to do 2 or 3 other experiments but the first one
was correct.
