In British Journal of Haematology 1995,91,55-59- H.C.T. Van Zaanen describe a new sensitive method to determine clonal plasma cell using flowcytometry.With the use of a new fixation Permeafix (Ortho Diagnostic Systems) and monoclonal antibody specific for plasma cell ( B-B4 ) ( Immuno Quality Products,Groningen ,The Netherlands),it has become possible to specifically select plasma cells and to determine the cytoplasmatic immunoglobulins by flowcytometry.
I am interested in buying B-B4 monoclonal but I can't find a contact with the company ( Immuno Quality Products,Groningen ,The Netherlands) yet,how I can find the address (fax no or phone ), as I wanted to hear peoples opinion
on this subject first...
