Hello there,in general we clean the fluidics once a week with a 1:250
solution of 7x for approx 30mins,being careful to by pass the sheath
filter of course and following that distilled water,and then back to the
pbs.As we run a fair amount of clumpy dna cells, we also put through a
solution of bleach once a month(1:10).I hope that this has been of some help
