Stand-alone Mac workstation

I am a recent initiate to flow cytometry. I have the B-D Quadra 650 work-
station link to my FACS, with Cell Quest software. I need to add an additional
Mac work-station for analysis only. One of our Mac people suggested a Mac 7500
bundle including ethernet, printer, cd-Rom, ect. Will the Mac 7500 support
Cell Quest V2.1 ( I am a PC person and do not know the Mac world at all). I
would great appreciate any advice, suggestions, how to.... on purchasing a
analysis only Mac workstation.
