I am seeking a position in the Southeastern or Southwestern U.S.,
preferably in administration/operation of a flow facility. I have a B.
S. in biology, with 7 years flow experience, including 4 yrs running
a flow core facility supporting 20 research labs and 3 yrs in
immunology R&D in private industry.
Strong instrumentation background includes Coulter EPICS C,
Profile, XL and Elite (including extensive multilaser, gated amp and
sorting experience on the latter). Applications background includes
immunophenotyping, proliferation-associated antigen analysis, and
cell cycle analysis, primarily in leukemias and solid tumors.
Extensive multicolor experience, including development of 5-color
panel for solid tumor analysis. Strong computer background in off-
line analysis, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics packages
(for posters and publications). Primary authorship of 2 Cytometry
papers, on viability analysis and multiparametric analysis of solid
tumors (latter in press). Resume and excellent references
