Confocal image analysis and laser cytometry

We currently have an ACAS 570 laser cytometer which will analyze and sort
adherent cells - our analysis use includes calcium flux, FRAP, gap-FRAP,
capping studies. We are considering options for upgrading to confocal
capabilities - our primary use for confocal would be calcium flux,
immunofluorescence localization (capping, etc), cell-cell adhesion studies
(but not sorting - obviously - or FRAP). I am wondering if anyone out there
has suggestions for other instruments with confocal capabilites that are
worth exploring. We have been happy with our ACAS so far but we want to
explore many options. Thanks.
