Hello,
my friend who has no access to the Internet asked me to mail her question to
the cytometry list. The message starts here:

"We have been using FACScan equipped with DDM and CellFit software for 5
years. What kind of model (and why) is the best for DNA analysis in solid
tumors and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma? Many researchers prefer a RFIT model. Our
experience indicate that more objective and closer to reality is SOBR.
S-phase fraction established by RFIT is often higher (especially for high
early S-phase) than should be.
We'll be very grateful for explanation this problem and pointing some
