I seek information on the experience flow cytometry facilities are having with
the useful life of Ion Laser Technology's Model 5500ASL-OOC-228 air cooled
argon laser. They advertise 5000 hours or 2 years of service. I have obtained
neither. If someone is having great success with another air cooled laser
producing at least 50-100 mWatt at 488 nm, would you please post information?
