To all of you,
As usual, I start by posting my problems to this list. Does anybody
know of a (commercial or non-commercial) software package that allows
analysis of transformed scatter or FL signals?
I know that Martz's MFI and Trotter's WinMDI supports the generation of
ASCII-based files, but the data files thereby reach sizes not easily
handled by computers, I can lay hands on. Also, I know that B-D
previously marketed Chronys, which apparently did the job, but it is
running on HP 310 (Pascal 3.1), and our old 310 hasn't got the speed and
RAM to master our sample files.
Is it possible to generate list mode FCS files with transformed data
included as new parameters?
Bjarne
