Would be curious to know what you are using to induce your Jurkats to
apopotose? We have tried a number of things, including dexamethasone, to
try and get these things to do it--no luck--We are using P.I. to measure
apoptosis. Interestingly, PHA at 4.0 ug/ml induces Jurkats to apoptose.

Hi all! Can anybody help us?

We are trying to detect apoptosis in Jurkat cells, with Ho33342.
We see a shift in Hoechst emission to longer wavelenghths in apoptotic cells

respect to non-apoptotic ones. Can anybody explain?
