Running TdT in leukemia immunophenotyping panel increases the turnaround
time considerably (From 4-5 hours to 9-10 hours). Too many washes etc. We
follow Pietta's protocol (Cytometry 1994), using monoclonal Supertech
antibody (single, not the mix).

Has anyone come up with shortcuts for the TdT staining?
