Hi Adrian. You can make Av-APC using essentially the protocol that I put on the
web for making Annexin-APC. Find the protocol at
"http://cmgm.stanford.edu/~roederer/abcon". Just modify the molar ratios to
take into account the difference in molecular weight between avidin and annexin.
I have not optimized this protocol for avidin; you may want to try a couple of
ratios of APC to avidin.
