Inability of Attractors to read Coulter files

Is FCS file format the same as FCS? Whereas the BD Cell Quest program is
able to read list mode files from a Coulter Elite after conversion by
FacsCONVERT, the same is not true for the Attractors program. Does anybody
have an idea on this?
