We have used the R&D Systems StatusFlow Pro control. The values for CD34 cells
are accurate at 2% and it is easy to use. You stain it like normal whole blood.
The tube is only good for 9 days after opening and the background staining
increases after this time, although you can still see where the CD34 cells are
located on plots.
