To all the flowers: Ii would like to put in my 2 cents regarding analysis of
bone marrows in hematological malignancies: the question posed by Adrain
Vladutiu which was ridiculed and insulted, was actually quite legitimate
and I congratulate him for bringing up the topic. Until now I would go into
a panic everytime I'd receive a BM specimen from a patient with a H/O leuk
or lymph. Its just not the same as gating in peripheral blood. Brad
Sherburne's advice was very helpful!
About six months ago I asked a "simple" question concerning dim CD20
expression on T-cells in a B-cell lymphoma and fortunately everyone
responded kindly so lets get back to comradeship and not insults and injury.
