We also published a "reference range" of HLA-DR+ CD4 cells with a median
of 3.4% and a 2.5/97.5 percentile range of 0.5 - 5.5%. See Stites, DP,
et al 1986 Clin. Immunol. Immunopath. 38:161-177, Flow cytometric
analysis of lymphocyte phenotypes in AIDS using monoclonal antibodies
and simultaneous dual immunofluorescence.
