I've been using it for 18 months. Only once did the boxes turn up damaged
- and they obviously had been beaten up by the shipper. Riese replaced
them immediately. I have not seen leaky containers for over a year now;
perhaps Vivian's shippers are overzealous! This reminds me of a problem we
had in London with cracked tissue culture tubes - 20% of the box would turn
up cracked. After some investigation it turned out that the shipping company's
employees were jumping up and down on the boxes in order to force them into
a full van..... :-)
Apart from the regular sheath concentrate, I also use their preservative-free
concentrate for sorting, and have had no problems whatsoever with it. It comes
in nice strong 1 litre bottles.
